We store every shoe in EU sizes and convert from there, so the number you see is derived from one source rather than retyped per region. It is still a conversion: brands differ, and we say so on every product page rather than implying a precision that does not exist.

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. If you are buying from outside the US, the price you agree to is the price you pay.
