Shipping and returns

When you check out we calculate the import duty and tax for your destination and include it in the total you pay. That means the courier will not knock asking for money, and your parcel will not be held at customs waiting for a payment.

This is the part most small international shops get wrong, and it is the most common reason an order gets refused at the door.

Adding a shoe to your cart does not reserve it. When you start checkout we hold your size for 30 minutes so nobody can buy it out from under you while you are paying. If you do not finish, the hold is released and the shoe goes back on sale.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Orders are dispatched within one business day.

Unworn shoes can be returned in their original box. Customers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, and we honour that everywhere we ship.

Try them on indoors, on carpet. Shoes with scuffed soles cannot be resold and cannot be accepted back.
