Adding something to your basket does not reserve it. When you begin checkout we hold the stock for 30 minutes while you pay; if the payment is not completed in that window the hold is released and the shoes go back on sale.

A sale is made when we take the payment and send you a confirmation email. Until then, a price or an item shown on the site is an invitation to buy, not an offer we are bound to.

You need an account to check out, so that you can find the order again afterwards.

Prices are shown in your chosen currency and include the sales tax or VAT for your destination. Import duty is calculated and charged at checkout, so nothing is owed when the parcel arrives.

If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.

We ship to 63 countries. We will send tracking when the parcel leaves us. Delivery estimates are estimates: once a parcel is with a carrier, the timing is theirs.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

You can return unworn shoes in their original box. Start it on your returns page; the full conditions are on the shipping and returns page.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, and nothing here reduces it.

Your referral code gives someone who has never ordered from us 40% off their first order, and gives you 40% off once theirs is complete and past the returns window.

Codes are for real customers. Accounts created to redeem your own code — or rings of accounts doing it for each other — earn nothing, and we may withdraw a code we believe is being used that way.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it and we will end every active session.

We can close an account that is being used for fraud or abuse. Any order already paid for will still be honoured or refunded.

This page describes how the shop works and is not yet complete as a legal document. The trading entity and its registered address, the governing law and jurisdiction, and the limitation of liability all need to be settled and the whole reviewed by a solicitor before it is relied on.
